Anyone distributing the shareware version of HyperSnap-DX 5 for any kind of remuneration must contact Hyperionics Technology LLCùprior to including it within any distribution mediaùat our declared address for authorization.
Hyperionics Technology, LLC will automatically grant such authorization to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors. Such distributors may begin offering HyperSnap-DX 5 immediately without prior contact to gain permission.
